Dueling

I have fixed dueling, so feel free to use it. I will be fixing bonuses and npc attacking soon. DUELING - It is your responsibilty to make sure your hp is full. You can get full hp again by simply getting a player to kill you, or loggin out (NOTE : Logging out does not always work, so preferably get a player to kill you.) Rule : You cannot report or get up someone who wins a duel because your hp was not full. The staff will not take any action against it. Have fun.
